Returns & Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform the FlairGlass.in support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund if no corrective solution is possible.
Refund Policy
If your order qualifies for a refund, the process will follow these guidelines:
- Online payments / Card payments: Refund will be processed within 15β20 working days to the original payment method or through the most suitable method determined by Flair Glass.
- In certain cases, a promo code or store credit may be provided instead of a monetary refund.
- Promo codes cannot be reactivated once used, even if the order is cancelled.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation During Manufacturing
Orders can be cancelled only during the manufacturing or processing stage by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or email.
If the order is cancelled during this stage, any advance payment will be refunded according to our refund policy.
Cancellation After Shipping
Once the product has been shipped from our facility, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Cancellation at the Time of Delivery
Due to the fragile nature of glass products, cancellations at the time of delivery are not accepted.
Cancellation After Delivery
Products cannot be returned after delivery.
